Last year we buy a home .I was trusted this guy but  I got a house with not proper electrical work not proper plumbing work. I also got an inspection from the person referred by NAIB but I did not know that he is also involved with it.  He said everything was fine and Naib sold me the house after telling a lot of lies.  After a month, the raining water came over the house as there were no drip caps on any of the windows.  And all the kitchen counter plugs was stop working.  I spent a lot of money on plumbing. Please dont trust this guy . I got a worst service from him he just care for his commission. He is not care for any client.
